Tesoro Returns to Headline Rialto Theatre
The July show at the Rialto was a blast. We had special guests Manuel Inigo (former Tesoro vocalist), Belly Dance Tucson, Ruben Moreno on trumpet and more. A fun night with fans and friends at one of the Tucson's premier live music venues.
Well we are heading back. The band will be headlining a showcase of local music talent with DJ Dirtyverbs and the up and coming Rock en Espanol band Diluvio, who are fresh off winning the Terra Music Live voting competition. They were flown out to Miami to record live and the performance was broadcast live around the world.
The evening starts at 7pm on Saturday December 21st. DJ Dirtyverbs will be kicking off the festivities with his solid mix of provocative latin flavors and pulsating rhythms. Diluvio hits the stage at 8pm, with Tesoro taking the stage just after 9pm.
Tickets are $10 at the door and it is CASH ONLY. There is an ATM located right inside the Rialto, but better to plan ahead.
The band will have merchandise for sale, and we will be accepting canned food donations benefiting the Southern Arizona Community Food Bank. If you bring at least two canned food items, you will receive the all new Tesoro bumper sticker (4' x 12"). Limit one per person.
Feel free to wear your ugly Christmas sweater too.
See you at the Rialto soon!
